About myself
My goal is 60k of annual cashflow from small multifamily properties in the Lewiston-Auburn area by 2022. I'm a remote web developer by trade but looking to spend less time smashing buttons on a computer and more time investing in real estate, riding a bike and traveling. Experience: 2017 - Bought my first property in Lewiston and house hacked a triplex. 2019 - Closed on a triplex in a great neighborhood in Auburn. Excited to house hack again! 2021 - Ran a cash-out refi on both properties. 2022 - Purchased a triplex using the refi in the Knightville neighborhood of South Portland.
