I am an actively licensed Realtor in Houston, TX with Homepoint Realty Group. I got started in real estate in Florida in 2005 while watching late night infomercials and then became a licensed Realtor in 2008. My investing interests are in fix-and-flips and long term rentals through joint ventures, hard money, private lenders, partnerships, owner financing, subject-to, lease options, and anything I can imagine to help get the deal done.
