Hi. My name is Eric. I live in Washington, DC, but am originally from South Florida. I'm a novice to investing. I’ve done some stock investing and enjoyed learning some of the basics. Buy-and-hold real estate offers more direct involvement with the investments than one gets in stock trading. Right now though, I’m just looking at notes.
