Located in Miami, looking to expand on buy and hold portfolio and opportunistically branch into other forms of real estate investing. Experience: Buy and hold investor since 2012 self managing local properties with properties outside South Florida under management. Extensive rehab experience on several properties. Have done 10 or so deals. Real Estate Goals: Looking to learn more and connect with real estate professionals and serious investors as I look to turn a "hobby" into a more formal investment strategy. I am looking to add to my portfolio and learn new investment strategies. Currently Seeking: New deals to grow my investments. Looking to continue to safely deploy capital at a measured pace. Mostly into buy and hold real estate but am open to other investment opportunities.
