I work full time in IT sales and only recently started learning enough about REI to see it as a legitimate income alternative. Real Estate Goals: Trying to figure that out. I initially wanted to stick with several fully paid off single family homes to retire on, but after more education am realizing this keeps me from a lot of wealth building potential. I don't necessarily intend to retire off REI anytime soon (if ever), but am becoming addicted to the additional income! I have my sights set on MFR to get me closer to the goal faster.
