I am a W2 elementary teacher who enjoys the learning and excitement of real estate investing. I own 2 properties in California and 4 properties on Oklahoma. My primary strategy is purchasing for a value add and hold for long term rental. My short term goal is to really understand OKC and Tulsa, where I focus much of energy in purchasing, rehabbing to LTR properties. I want to create quality places for folks to live at an affordable prices. My long term goal is to provide housing for teachers at a discount, and provide properties for my kids to take over when they grow up.
