Hello! My name is Eric, and I am a new real estate investor located in the North Jersey area. I am a licensed CPA in the State of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and have worked as an auditor for a "Big 4" accounting firm as well as in private industry in NYC. I am looking to connect with other investors/ entrepreneurs to learn, contribute to our mutual goals, and grow my real estate business. I would love a mentor and/or folks to partner with on deals and build a team. Experience: I'm a fairly new real estate investor, but I have a 2-unit and a 3-unit home in my area. As a CPA, I have many years of audit experience and also have experience with bookkeeping and tax for individuals and small businesses. My family had small businesses growing up and still has one now. Real Estate Goals: Short-Term: To build a team with like-minded individuals to partner with. Also to continue to gain knowledge on financing and getting deals. I want to buy and hold a number of single family homes or small multi-family unit rental properties to supplement my income and use my real estate license to serve the real estate investor and general real estate community. Long-Term: Learn the ins and outs of flipping and eventually investing in apartment buildings. Currently Seeking: I am currently seeking a mentor - someone that can guide me.
