Eric Bleau

I am the Director of Growth Marketing for Grocapitus Investments and Multifamily University. I grew up in a family of real estate entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley at a time when computer technology was taking off. With my diverse background in real estate investing, development, and construction project management, along with my passion for computers and technical skills, I bring an innovative approach to marketing, commonly referred to as “Growth Hacking”, which is often used by early-stage startups who need explosive growth. After seeing how effective this approach was for tech startups, I realized that this marketing approach could be applied to multifamily syndication and has contributed to the rapid growth of Grocapitus Investments and Multifamily University.
