My background has been Contruction related for the past 20 plus years ( New build and Renovations of Single Family Homes, as well as Multi family homes In NYC ). As of 2020 I started my wholesale journey, which then turned Into Fix and Flips. Because of the Market shift , we have started Wholesaling again, and have added New Build Contruction to the mix. Our intent, to "Literally" start "BUILDING" our portfolio, along with doing the Brrr strategy, on those properties that makes sense, or just put them back on the Market. Because we Market for our own deals, wholesaling what does not work for us, only makes sense.
