Multi-family BRRRR investors moving across country to be near family. Looking to do the BRRRR method on multi-family properties in 'C' neighborhoods, upgrading to 'A' quality to give people better places to live without breaking the bank. Our first deal was a duplex that is owner-occupied having made an offer the first weekend of Covid lockdowns and unable to go in the property. Closed in June 2020. Invested about 40k of our own and the forced equity plus market conditions resulted in taking 47k out in cash with almost identical rates. Planning to move to the Philly area to be near more family and start purchasing small multi-family units. Looking to connect with other investors, contractors and potential mentors/coaches.
