Got my broker's license in Colorado along the way. After years of watching powerful underwriting tools stay locked behind six-figure enterprise contracts, I got tired of duct-taping spreadsheets together and built my own — a purpose-built CRE analysis platform with lease-by-lease rent roll modeling, proforma projections, recovery calculations, risk scoring, the whole stack. Now I split my time between improving the tool and using it to analyze deals.
