Eric Eickhof

From a young age, I was exposed to real estate and construction with a mother who is a broker and a father who owned a construction company. I went on to graduate with a Bachelor’s in Marketing from the Business School at the University of Minnesota. I made my first real estate investment in 2009, buying a small single family home that I converted to student housing, as a way to safely invest money. That single investment quickly turned into 2 homes, which then turned into 2 duplexes and so on. At the moment, I own more than 670 units-- consisting of everything from single family rentals to multifamily properties to apartment buildings. I am also the broker and owner of a boutique real estate brokerage in the Twin Cities, MN, that specializes in helping our clients buy and sell small investment properties. My passion in real estate investing lays not only in doing it myself, but in helping others around me find success. I love teaching and sharing my knowledge and even my mistakes with others so that they can grow their own real estate businesses and find the success they are looking for.
