I am a full time real estate investor in the Raleigh/Durham area. I also work with a couple of guys in the triad area (Greensboro, Winston-Salem). Currently my emphasis is on wholesaling and rehabbing houses, but if something works best as a buy and hold I will keep it. I am also looking for a package of buy and holds in Greensboro or another area outside of Raleigh but drivable where the numbers work better than Raleigh. We can buy multiple properties at one time. Ideally something like a 10+ property package of 40k houses in Greensboro/Winston-Salem would be what we would like to purchase.
