Real Estate Agent
I live in Park City Utah. I have owned a few rental properties. i house hacked my first place and now I rent it out full time and I bought something else. I owned a super ghetto unit in downtown SLC but sold it because of the headache it caused. Cap rate was amazing on it though. Kinda sad. I like to bike.
