New To Real Estate, But Deep In Financial Knowledge And Understanding. I teach finance and business management courses at a 4-year private institution. I am very comfortable with traditional financial market instruments, such as stocks. However, my real estate knowledge is not as deep as it should be, per a couple of my mentors.
