I started a property management company in 2004 to manage my rental properties in Portland, Oregon. I hired another management company in 2008 before moving to South Korea for an employment opportunity at a South Korean shipbuilder in Geoje, South Korea. I'm currently living in Waxhaw, NC and am focused on being a private lender and MHP invester. My goal is to rehab the remaining 3 mobile homes, fill 3 vacant lots, and continue to put profits back into infrastructure at our 2nd MHP. We will have a total of 32 doors after filling a few vacant lots. Our out of state units are managed by a property management company.
