I’m a buy and hold investor in Philadelphia, PA who started buying investment properties in 2019. Right now my wife and I own a mix of single family, small multifamily, mixed use, and land. Outside of work I love cycling and all things outdoors. We mostly buy close to where we live in NE Philly (Fishtown, Northern Liberties, Olde Kensington, East / West Kensington, and Port Richmond). All of our buys have been value add investments with renovations in the 5 - 6 figure range. We are hoping to continue buying at least one property a year for the next X years as we continue to work our 9-5 jobs.
