I graduated Purdue in 2013 and have worked 6+ years at Deloitte in financial statement auditing. Looking to expand my portfolio primarily with multi family properties in the Indianapolis area. Have one single family home being rented in Indy now, which was previously an Airbnb for a couple years. Currently house hacking close to downtown and have an accepted offer on a BRRRR which we plan to Airbnb. Passionate about biking, swimming, tennis, nutrition, travel, hiking, scuba diving, and community service. Looking to connect with agents, lenders, PM’s and contractors, as well as other investors in the area. Love to discuss best practices and strategies which are working well for each other. Currently focused on B or better properties in Indianapolis and just outside the 465 loop. Looking for properties which could use minor rehab to add immediate equity, and rent for a minimum of $1000, or that have Airbnb potential. LT RENTING: - 3br/2ba minimum (or potential to add to get to that) - Good schools - Low crime - Garage AIRBNB: - Low crime area - Garage / generally private neighborhood to not disturb neighbors - 2ba/1 is OK - Within 20~ minute drive to downtown for sporting events, conventions, concerts. Other good areas -- closer to Broad Ripple (without actually being in B-rip), NE side for Ft. Ben, Top Golf, Castleton/Keystone malls, etc.
