My journey to financial freedom began in 2002 when I read Robert Kiyosaki's book, The Cashflow Quadrant, in one sitting. After that, I knew I wanted to own my own business and invest in real estate for a living. I bought my first rental property, a duplex, where I lived in one side with roommates and rented the other side to live for free. I started my own mortgage brokerage, 360 Mortgage Inc, in 2004 and my own insurance agency in 2006. I currently own approximately 60 rental houses, a 10-plex, a few office buildings, and a small storage building. I'd like to become friends with like-minded individuals and help answer questions to help others as much as I can.
