With a background as a Geologist, I took the plunge to becoming a FT real estate investor in 2015. Experience: 20 flips. 2 wholesales. 3 buy and hold. Real Estate Goals: passive cashflow. I'm open to ANY way to make this happen. Currently looking to invest in mobile & manufactured homes, low-end flips or BRRR's, and undervalued mobile home parks in the South Sound (Pierce, Thurston, Kitsap & King Counties), as well as Victoria, BC.
