Eric Janson is a dedicated full service real estate agent. Working with investors, landlords, tenants, first time buyers, rent-to-own buyers and sellers, Eric’s passion is to help clients individually, regardless of their situation. Eric’s particular specialty is working with investors and Rent-to-Own properties. Eric also owns Right Score Credit Repair. Since 2011, most of Eric's focus has been in wholesaling. He has done several traditional Wholesale deals and many Lease Option Wholesale deals. From 2012-2013, he worked as a Transactional Coordinator for a large Turnkey Investment company where he helped them purchase up to 10 properties per month. Eric now uses his past knowledge and expertise to assist Real Estate Investor with future acquisitions.
