I am looking to expand my investment experience in real estate. I am a Realtor with JP Realtors in Rockwall TX. where I have lived for 8 years. I have had rental property out of state for 9 years but want to greatly expand my investment portfolio in TX. I recently purchased my first TX property. I have multiple​ rental properties in Louisiana for almost a decade and I have been a Realtor in TX for just over four years. I have recently purchased my first TX flip property and will start rehabbing it soon! Real Estate Goals: My goal is to have REI take me to financial freedom. By that I mean, I what to have a business model that is scalable and that can run with or without me. I would like to be able to help people while being able to give my family time together and relive the stress of the daily grind... Until then, work, work, work, all day long! Currently Seeking: I am always looking for filp property in the DFW metroplex. I want a 2/2 with a garage or 3/2 in the $100K-$150K range. Also now looking into multi-family units under $400K
