I'm a finance professional (Licensed in Banking & Finance) working in commercial real estate, focused on multifamily underwriting and deal analysis for the South Florida market. I currently support brokers and investors with acquisition models, market comps, and financial analysis for value-add and stabilized multifamily deals. I've previously developed and sold residential properties directly, and today I help investors and syndicators who don't have a full-time analyst get institutional-quality underwriting without the overhead — clean models, realistic assumptions, and honest feedback on whether a deal actually works.
