Hello my name is Eric and I am a California native with roots in Texas. I just moved to Arizona to take part in the fire market of AZ. I have started my journey into real estate with wholesaling and now want to venture into building a portfolio of SF or Multi-Family. I am currently working in mortgage processing to learn more about the underwriting process. The goal is to have 30 units by 30 that cashflows a minimum of 200/Door 2020: 5 units 2021: 5 units 2022: 10 units 2023: 10 units GRAND TOTAL 30!!
