Eric Lizama

I'm the founder and Managing Principal of AeroWinds Capital. I've been investing in real estate since 2020 in both residential and commercial real estate. I currently own a small portfolio of residential properties, I'm a Limited Partner in syndication, and I continue to seek strategic partnerships as a General Partner in apartment syndication with a passion for asset management. I'm currently an aviation officer in the United States Army and I've been serving my country for over 20 years. I started my military career as a Military Policeman in 2000 and absolutely loved the camaraderie and sense of mission accomplishment. In 2005, I was selected to be an AH-64 (Apache) Aviator and accumulated over 1,200 hours of flight time in both combat and peacetime operations. Throughout my military career, I've had the great pleasure of leading amazing soldiers all around the world, planning and synchronizing large- scale operations, and managing multi-million dollar budgets. As I prepare for retirement from the military in 2023, I've been taking the operational experience I've gained throughout my military career and implementing those skills into my next mission - multifamily real estate.
