About myself
Hi, my name is Eric. I am currently in the process of my first real estate development in Dominical, Costa Rica. As you can imagine, the rules and procedures down there very quite a bit from here in the USA. I thought I'd pass along some tips that I learn along the way. Any advice you think I can't live without would be gladly appreciated as well!
