New to real estate investing, I'd love to get to know other real estate professionals and investors in and around the Baltimore area. Real Estate Goals: I am pursuing a buy and hold strategy and I am committed to acquiring 10 units in 2018. My original goal was 1 but I was inspired to 10x it. Long term I'd like to get into larger multi-family real estate and capitalize on the economy of scale. I'm interest in real estate as a wealth building mechanism so that I can support my family and friends, quit my day job, and live a life using my time as I see fit. Time is the most important asset to me and I want work hard now so that I don't have to trade time for money later. Currently Seeking: I'm currently seeking SFRs in Baltimore City, primarily in there 21211 and 21218 zip codes. Though as I learn more I'd like to branch out. I'm also looking for small multi-family apartments in Baltimore, perhaps a 4 unit for a house hack or even something 5 units or larger. I'm also looking for other investors to partner with. I have some time, some money and some knowledge and love to see who I can leverage those with to make deals happen!
