I'm largely a buy and hold investor focused on 3 bedroom homes in Southaven, Mississippi (suburb of Memphis, TN). I've done one flip and have a couple of multi-family properties as well, but 3bed SFHs in Desoto County is my expertise. Looking to add more to my growing portolio. Currently have 25 doors that I self-manage. Since 2009 I've also been a financial advisor and earned the Certified Financial Planner designation in 2012. I've had my own small fee-based solo practice since May 2015 but still firmly believe in real estate for a large component of my own retirement plan.
