I'm still fairly new and learning the ropes in real estate. I have 2 duplexes in the Manchester area and am looking for my next deal! I'm a staff engineer at a civil engineering firm in Manchester, NH. I'm also a medic in the Massachusetts army national guard which also keeps me pretty busy. I'm hoping to network with local investors, and learn as much as possible. I'm tired of the stress of engineering and working on achieving financial freedom! Real Estate Goals: Short term goal; buy a house in 2024 using 203k loan Long term goal; build a portfolio that allows me to leave my 9-5 and spend as much time as possible with my family. Currently Seeking: Any advice for investment in southern NH is appreciated. I'm planning to buy a multifamily somewhere along the 93 corridor from Salem to Manchester. Any advice on how to best use 203k loans is also appreciated- as that is the loan type I plan to use on my next property.
