11yrs strong in the Buy&Hold game in Oklahoma City. About three years ago I started targeting Pensacola Florida as well. I'm operating rentals in both states/towns currently wich the help of my G/F who lives in Pcola. I also managed to get her started buying rentals 2 years ago, and shes picked up 5 great homes. Time to kick this business in overdrive! My goal is to bring 12 new properties on-board for myself, which means pushing hard to find financing as well as the right deals to fit.
