Eric Prine

I was an architecture and interiors photographer for over 15 years and became a real estate agent in 2018 and i love it. My wife and I own a vacation rental in Savannah GA. We did our first BRRRR in Philadelphia in 2020 with a great deal of success. In 2021 we bought a new primary residence and turned our previous home into a long term rental. Our goal is 20 properties (mostly long term but also 1 or 2 more short term) in the next 8 years.
