Eric Ryan Messamaker

I am interested in starting my real estate investment journey in the Quad Cities area of Iowa and Illinois. I am the finance manager for a small, family-owned automotive dealership and am ready to start applying my saved income to begin my journey to financial independence. I am a true rookie having only purchased my first investment property where I'm currently residing in Davenport, Iowa. With help from the Bigger Pockets community, I plan to turn my first house into an Airbnb by the summer of 2023 and continue to grow my portfolio from there. Eventually I plan to invest primarily in STRs within markets around the world that are ripe for it. As it probably goes without saying, I will need all the help I can get and am excited to connect with others that have been, or are starting to be, on a similar journey to my own.
