Eric Renney

I am a contemporary, creative, and energetic investor. We primarily deal in Rehabs with no maximum repair budget, we take on most anything. We plan to do some buy and holds towards the end of the year. I have 10 years background in construction, with some of that time as a foreman for one of the largest contractors in WA. I moved here in Sept. of 2014. I have done a fix and flip while working full time in construction and now am jumping in with that profit to do Real Estate Investing full time. i am currently working on my 3rd flip in Florida, with more in the pipeline.
