Out of state investor in a C-class neighborhood. 33 doors constituting of single family homes and duplexes. Figuring out that world of ruff and tumble day by day. Biggest project I'm excited about right now is my partners and my teams development project near Zion National Park. We are building 100+ units for vacation rentals. Soon to come - my fund in hotel and apartment building purchases. Fun Eric involves traveling, slot canyons on ropes in the desert, climbing mountains, off-roading in the desert, satisfying my curiosity of this grand world.
