I am new to real estate investing and looking to land my first rental property in the Central Florida. My goal is to purchase single family and multifamily homes for cash flow. I am interested in connecting with other investors, partners, investment realtors, contractors, and property management professionals. I am also very interested in finding a good mentor and providing value to anyone that I can. My main focus is on buy and hold investing. I am currently a Lead Software Engineer for a large defense contractor here in Orlando, FL with 20+ years of experience.
