Grew up in Los Angeles, got a degree in Orange County and work in Advertising. I love working on my house, on my cars, and playing a little volleyball. I invest and manage properties in and out of California. Passive income, appreciation and tax advantages make real estate the best wealth creating investment, period. I'm always looking for good buy and hold deals and even better contractors: plumbing, electric, HVAC, handyman, etc. Currently Seeking: Looking for good deals on single family homes, multi-unit residential, commercial properties and good leasing agents, handymen, plumbers, electricians, roofers, etc. As a kid, I helped my parents clean and fix up their rentals. We'd go to pick up rent, fix broken drywall, and evict tenants. I bought a 90 year old fixer in my childhood neighborhood and spent 4 months making it barely livable. I began sharpening up my DIY skills by gutting and installing kitchen cabinets, laying tile, restoring hardwood floors & building a deck. 48 months later, I purchased an out-of-state property and began managing local rentals. Real Estate Goals: I want to buy a house, put a renter in, and let income property do its thing. And hopefully, with a few decades of raising rent, declining mortgage debt, tax incentives, and increasing property values, I can build true wealth to enjoy with my family.
