About myself
Had a rental SFR in Yucca Valley, CA back in 2008 for a few years I purchased via a foreclosure listing, rented it out to pay the mortgage and flipped it for a decent profit. Wish I "went bigger" on the renovations to make a bigger profit on the flip like the next owner did. Own my own home in MB with my wife Tori. We are DIYers working on our beach bungalow, looking for our next investment.
