COMPLETE REDO!!!!! Over the past 6 months I have refocused efforts. I have purchased 2 properties through Turnkey providers. The first was through my IRA. There has been many problems regarding this Turnkey provider over the past 6 months (well documented on this site). Anyway, bought a 2nd property through Roofstock. Getting a net $200/month after service. Looking to expand my reach. I have some funding (OPP!!!) and plan to purchase another 3-4 doors within the next 6 months. Currently looking in OH I would love to meet more folks and discuss anything about real estate. Oh!!! just got my PRO membership. Love the calculators.
