Rental Property Investor
Am an out of state buy and hold investor. Properties are mostly rented out in the medium term rental space as corporate rentals on the Airbnb platform. Transitioning from SFR into multifamily. Am not fazed by an "ugly" property in dire need of a second chance; in fact the uglier the better! What matter most are the "bones" and the numbers. Seeking to connect with others on the same journey.
