About myself
I'm an engineer and project manager for a local aerospace company by day, and a real estate ninja by night. I'm married and have a 8yr old son. My wife is skeptical about getting into the real estate rental market, but I signed up with BP to learn more and get our feet wet. Experience: - 5 flips - 1 New Build - 14 rental units Real Estate Goals: 1. Flip one home this year 2. Get my real estate license 3. Flip 2 or more homes next year 4. Pay off my home and make it a rental property Currently Seeking: 1. Looking for developers 2. Looking for investors 3. Looking for good contractors
