I'm here looking for advice for building long term wealth and security in real estate. I realize being a landlord is much harder than people initially assume and am prepared to take on those challenges. I would like to be a landlord full time and quit my job. I know that means doing things like unclogging toilets and midnight and doing other dirty work but I have no problem with that. I have some experience in the construction and home remodeling business so I believe I have more ability than most to handle most home repairs. I have a stronger work ethic than almost everyone I know and I realize that it needs to be stronger. I have wasted the past few years of my youth and desire to make the next years count.
