I live SE Michigan in the Ann Arbor & Jackson area. We have bounced around living in different locations over the last several years and love the area we are in now. After our last move, the sale of our home netted us our best return ever on an investment. I have realized I need to include real estate as a part of my financial planning. I am now seeking rental properties to buy and hold in my local area to build up my experience.
