I have been listening to the BP podcast for a few years and have finally decided to dive in with no more excuses! I am looking for passive rental income in the South Bend/Niles ('Michiana') area. A bit about myself: I grew up in the area, went to school to University of Michigan for undergrad and then to Ferris State University for pharmacy school. I am now back in the area ready to move out of my parent's house. I love to read, play sports (especially cycling), and to never stop learning. I think I use too many exclamation points when I type!
