I recently left the creative industry after 20+ years. Real estate and investing have quickly become my new passion and clear path to financial freedom. After 6 short months of educating myself, networking and analyzing deals, I've picked up my first deal! A multi-family 2-unit in NJ (with many more offers and deals in the pipeline). I could not have acheived any of this without this community and all of BP's offerings. Experience: I currently have a multi-family two unit and a SF flip in progress. I'm the co-lead for the Princeton New Jersey REIA affiliated with the South Jersey (SJREIA.org) and the National REIA. Also, a proud alum of Rich Dad Poor Dad's educational program. Real Estate Goals: My current focus and goal is to build my long-term passive weatlh with rental properties through single and multi-family homes as well as commercial apartment buildings. At the same time, taking the opportunites as they come for wholesale, fix and flips, creative financing, etc. Currently Seeking: Properties/homes that are good candidates to be flipped and/or properties with buy and hold potential.
