I bought my first NOO property 8 years ago. I have purchased 1-8 a year since then for a total 36 units that include 25 SFRs, a 5-plex, and a 3 duplexes. Since quiting my day job, I've picked up 22 units. I'm doing the BRRRR for long-term buy and hold. I'm on the board of our local Landlord Association. I wouldn't have the portfolio I have without the great and successful other investors I've met over the years.
