My name is Erik and I am A newbie. I want to build wealth through real estate and create a bigger legacy for my kids, have more time to do the things I want, take care of my parents when they are old etc... Im looking to provide value any way I can. Electrician by trade, working a an assistant PM at the moment. I'm a father of 3 so I have limited time but, I am trying my damnedest to educate my self and get started.
