Erik Hansen

I am a new real estate investor currently in the process of soaking up as much information as possible and trying to learn the business inside and out. I am hoping to assemble a great team of knowledgeable professionals who share my passion and drive to be successful in real estate. While I know there will be plenty of challenges that lie ahead, I am encouraged by the successes that will closely follow behind. My primary focus will initially be wholesaling with the intention of transitioning to fix and flips and long term rentals gradually as I build sufficient capital to support those strategies.
