Erik Kuhi

I've been a serious but part time real estate investor since 2017. My full time work is IT Support in a very busy healthcare system in NJ. My hopes are to transition to full time real estate investor in the next 5 to 10 years. My investing has been slow and steady but learning so much along the way. I currently own 2 STR in Kissimmee FL and a couple vacant lots out west. My hopes are to expand to other markets as well as get involved in mid to large sized multifamily properties. I've received great advice on the forums and began building some relationships that I hope become very beneficial on both sides. While I have a ton to learn I look forward to helping others along the way.
