Hello, my name is Erik and I've been an active value add investor since I purchased my first duplex with a 203k loan in October 2017. Now that I have gotten my feet wet and after completely gutting my first property(And getting the addiction) I went on to build 3 new construction duplexes to rent in Stratford, CT. I’ve been lucky that Real Estate has put me into the position to get my CT and VT mortgage broker’s license. Now I focus on helping homeowners and investors buy and finance their dream properties and am on the path to gain the time to spend with my family and do some charity work.
