Erik Spell

Hi, I’m Erik and I am a rental property investor based out of Tampa, FL. My current portfolio consists of 3 SF homes in Ga and I’ve done 2 flips, and have a multi unit that I Airbnb the 3 BR home and the studio detached garage conversion which creates huge cash flow. I’m interested in Airbnb arbitrage, multifamily, and quick flips that are worth the time. Looking forward to all the expertise that BP can give and hopefully share mine along the way!
